Due to New Zealand health and safety requirements, prescription medicines cannot be returned once they have been dispensed and supplied to a patient.

 

If an order is received damaged, incorrect or defective, please contact Cannalysis within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will work with the dispensing pharmacy to investigate and resolve the issue.
